AspectAnalyzer is a plug-in application to AnalyzerPro. It enables the processing of an analog channel as well as the mass spec data from an acquired data file. The analog channel is typically used from an FID detector in GC/MS or for a UV detector in LC/MS, although any analog channel can be processed. Quantitative data can be derived from the UV or FID data channel, including the use of internal standards and this is aligned with the qualitative information provided by the relevant MS analysis.

MatrixAnalyzer is a plug-in application to AnalyzerPro. It enables fast and accurate comparison to be made across multiple sample acquisitions and helps to determine key sample changes. Relative changes can be determined by including an internal injection standard.

RemoteAnalyzer is the only open access solution with support for multiple vendors’ hardware. The web based, easy-to-use system allows sample acquisition regardless of which vendors’ instruments are being used. A consistent user interface allows the analyst to review the data processing results.

TargetAnalyzer is an application that performs target component analysis and internal standard based ratio reporting for loop injections where there is no chromatographic separation. Reports can be configured to highlight results outside normal and accepted ranges.

XPort is an exporting utility that can take quantitative results from Xcalibur and export them into Microsoft Excel. The fields and format of the export can be configured by the analyst so that only the necessary information is exported.
