ImageStream for high resolution imaging of cells in flow. ImageStream combines both flow cytometry and microscopy in a single platform. Cells are imaged at c.10,000/minute and an image gallery of up to 6 images (brightfield, darkfield and 4 fluorescences) is stored for each cell, together with over 200 standard parameters, both photometric and morphometric. Characterisation of individual cells and sub-populations is possible and quantitaive data can be obtained for applications such as intracellular trafficking, nuclear translocation, apoptosis, cell cycle analysis, cell conjugates, FISH and many more.

ImageStream provides robust, quantitative data from cells in flow, eliminating the need for time consuming fluorescence microscopy whilst enabling measurement of statistically significant cell populations.
