Amnis Corporation
ImageStream for high resolution imaging of cells in flow. ImageStream combines both flow cytometry and microscopy in a single platform. Cells are imaged at c.10,000/minute and an image gallery of up to 6 images (brightfield, darkfield and 4 fluorescences) is stored for each cell, together with over 200 standard parameters, both photometric and morphometric.
